Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Development Bank Bhd (SDB) will honour the bank guarantee to the State Local Government and Housing Ministry to expedite work on the PacifiCity project that will enable it to obtain the Occupation Certificate.
At the same time, it said it is pursuing legal action against the developer.
It said it regrets that the buyers of the condominium and shoplots are placed in an unfortunate position due to the project being stalled.
“SDB empathises with them and is equally concerned with the developer for not delivering the project on time.
