Fiorentina chief Joe Barone has welcomed coach Vincenzo Italiano's new contract.
Italiano has penned a new deal to 2024.
"We are super happy," Barone told the official Fiorentina website.
“I want to thank Vincenzo, there was never any doubt, we just worked on it, he returned this morning from Sicily and we signed the agreement to plan for the future."
Italiano joined Fiorentina last summer from Spezia and guided the club to Europa Conference League qualification.
