NABAWAN: Two blocks of workers’ quarters were destroyed in a fire at Pandewan Palm Oil, Jalan Kampung Pandewan, early Monday morning.
The semi-permanent structures comprising 10 units and measuring about 150 by 200 feet were razed, along with five vehicles.
Firefighters, supported by police, contained the flames using a defensive approach to prevent the fire from spreading to nearby buildings.
