KUNAK: Heavy rain since early Monday caused flooding along Jalan Selamat and Kampung Sungai Langgas, submerging parts of the road and nearby low-lying homes.
An electrical substation was also affected.
Only four-wheel drives and high vehicles could pass through, while smaller vehicles, including a Grab driver’s car and a Perodua Kancil, were forced to turn back.
