Flu are eager to sign a defender for next season and they plan to soon discuss a possible move for Silva with Chelsea management.
The player's deal with Chelsea expires in the summer of 2024. The defender has made 28 appearances this season, scoring two assists.
Flu would insist on Chelsea granting a free transfer to the veteran.
