"I watch the Premier League and it is a big dream to play there," says Andr to journalist Ben Jacobs while in Saudi Arabia for the Club World Cup.
"I am focused on finishing the season with Fluminense and realising our own dream of winning the Club World Cup.
"But my dream is clear, to become a Premier League player."
