SEMPORNA: Marine police foiled an attempt to smuggle out 561 packets of cooking oil and two gallons of petrol in the waters off Pulau Sibangkat, here, on Thursday.
Semporna OCPD Supt Mohd Farhan Lee Abdullah said a patrol boat detected a suspicious pump boat in the area at 10pm.
