Kota Kinabalu: Former Petagas Assemblyman Datuk Uda Sulai said affected consumers in Putatan continue to suffer due to failure to follow the water rationing schedules set by Sabah Water Department (Jans).
He urged the State Government to look into the problem of not following the water rationing schedules set by Jans in several areas in Putatan.
On average, Uda said water supply is cut for 14 to 20 hours a day but the Jans notice stated that it is from 9pm to 5am (eight hours only).
He said the affected areas include Ketiau, Kg Tombovo, Kg Lembising, Kg Lemposu, Ketiau Park, Kingfisher Apartment, Keramat PPR, Serigai PPR and Kg Serigai.
