Kota Kinabalu: Kota Kinabalu Member of Parliament Chan Foong Hin challenged Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) President Maximus Ongkili to confirm the police report lodged against Sabah MIC head Peer Mohamad Kadir.
He claimed that PBS is only loud but does nothing where it counts, referring to the legal status of Peer Mohamed.
Deputy Home Minister Jonathan Yassin had told the Senate on July 27 that the National Registration Department (JPN) had not received any official report lodged against Peer Mohamad Kadir.
