LAHAD DATU: A 25-year-old foreigner has been arrested for allegedly raping his 35-year-old colleague in a bush and farmhouse at Lok Bangak, Bagahak, here.
District Acting Police Chief Supt. Jimmy Panyau said the man's arrest followed a police report lodged by the victim on May 24.
The suspect was detained around 10pm on Sunday and is being investigated under Section 376 of the Penal Code.
