KOTA KINABALU: Forensic pathologist Dr Jessie Hiu told the Coroner’s Court that it was for the court to decide whether Zara Qairina Mahathir had jumped from the hostel of her own accord.
She was responding to a question from counsel Datuk Ram Singh, who asked about the possibility of the 13-year-old making the decision herself.
