Nottingham Forest boss Steve Cooper admits there's disappointment after their 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace.

Cooper felt they shaded the game on the day.

He said: "I guess that is the sign of the progress we are making that we come to a side like Crystal Palace and we are disappointed just getting a point.

"We had the real chances of the game, well created chances as well. We could have nicked it at the end with a lot of corners and territory.

"It is a clean sheet away from home and we would have done anything for results and performances like that last season.

"There are some good signs in the team and there have been for a few weeks now."

On Murillo's performance at the back, he added: "That [chance] will catch the attention of course. I wish he scored, but maybe that is next!

"He defended really well. You want your centre backs to be able to do both parts of the game. If he is doing that at 21 when he is learning the language and not long in the country then the signs are good.

"He is a talent, we won't get carried away with him but he will help the team grow."
