Nottingham Forest star Jesse Lingard and the team's other substitutes were delighted when they looked to have equalized against Manchester United in the Carabao Cup semi final.
Forest conceded an early goal to Marcus Rashford, but appeared to have leveled through Sam Surridge.
However, the 24-year-old was correctly given offside by VAR, with Forest substitutes such as Lingard having to curtail their joy.
Lingard and his teammates were high fiving each other when the goal went in.
After the goal was disallowed, Forest struggled to get a foothold in the game.
United eventually won the first leg 3-0 thanks to goals from Wout Weghorst and Bruno Fernandes.
