Former Barcelona striker Bojan Krkic has sympathy for Ansu Fati over his injury and form issues.
Fati has struggled for form since he returned from long-term injury.
Bojan said, "I experienced firsthand what is happening to him. There is an enormous difference in treatment between the trust that is generated at the beginning, when everything goes well, and when things go wrong due to injury or any other reason.
"Players are treated like a product.
"You go from being a person to being a character. At 17 I had to measure myself with the label of the 'new Messi'. You have to learn to detach yourself and be aware of the limits, to accept them."
