Former cabinet minister Sir David Davis says he believes it is “highly likely” convicted serial killer Lucy Letby is innocent.
Letby is currently serving 15 whole-life sentences for seven murders and seven attempted murders of babies in her care between 2015 and 2016.
Appearing on Good Morning Britain on Monday (2 September), the former Brexit secretary explained why he believes there is “more than reasonable doubt”.
Sir David told Susanna Reid and Ed Balls that several senior doctors have been in touch with him and sent alternative diagnoses for every single death Letby has been found guilty of.
