According to the court system, the former CEO will be charged before Sessions Court Judge Azura Alwi while a woman with the title Datuk, who is a company director, will be charged before Sessions Court Judge Suzana Hussin. 

KUALA LUMPUR: Three individuals, including a former chief executive officer (CEO) of an investment bank, are expected to be charged under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act at the Sessions Courts in Kuala Lumpur and Seremban today.

According to the court system, the former CEO will be charged before Sessions Court Judge Azura Alwi while a woman with the title Datuk, who is a company director, will be charged before Sessions Court Judge Suzana Hussin. 

The former CEO is understood to face charges involving more than RM130 million in alleged corruption, while the woman had previously been linked to an investment investigated by MACC and had also been charged in court with criminal breach of trust.

The third individual, a chief financial officer (CFO) of a private higher education institution, is expected to face charges involving RM6.56 million in alleged corruption before Sessions Court Judge Kunasundary Marimuthu at the Seremban Sessions Court.
