KUALA LUMPUR: The former Community Communications Department (J-KOM) director-general Datuk Dr Mohammad Agus Yusoff (pix) arrived at the Kajang district police headquarters at 2 pm today to provide his statement after a video depicting someone similar to him and a J-KOM staff went viral and was reportedly edited by unscrupulous parties.

Mohammad Agus was accompanied by his lawyer Faizal Abd Rahman.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain was reported to have said that several other individuals in addition to Mohammad Agus will be called to assist in the investigations.

Mohammad Agus had claimed during a media conference on Friday that the video had been edited and had lodged a police report regarding the matter. -Bernama
