Come race weekend, we see the newly opened Italian restaurant Lavo honouring the Grand Prix with the Party Brunch: Race Weekend Edition buffet, serving up hearty favourites. Sushisamba is also joining the celebrations with a brunch spread, complete with unlimited pours of cocktails and champagne. Looking to enjoy a meal while watching the race? Head to Level33 for a panoramic view of the track while digging into its exclusive F1 Dining Menu. As night falls, head to Mott 32 for tantalising concoctions inspired by the Grand Prix.

Town RestaurantThe Fullerton Hotel Singapore’s Town Restaurant is celebrating the Grand Prix season with lavish menus. Visit from October 4 for its Grand Prix Saturday International Lunch Buffet (S$88++). Here, find a spread featuring Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Town’s Signature Laksa, Thai-style Chicken Krapow and more.
