The Formula One Singapore Grand Prix (F1) is just a few weeks away (October 3-5) and the city is gearing up for race weekend. On top of the high-speed action on the circuit, the city has also curated an extensive line-up of experiences that cater to every kind of race enthusiast, even those who are just here for the buzz.

From exclusive afterparties to immersive pop-up installations, there’s no shortage of ways to soak in the Grand Prix atmosphere. Foodies won’t be left out either as restaurants are celebrating the thrilling race weekend with race-inspired menus and drinks.

Come race weekend, we see the newly opened Italian restaurant Lavo honouring the Grand Prix with the Party Brunch: Race Weekend Edition buffet, serving up hearty favourites. Sushisamba is also joining the celebrations with a brunch spread, complete with unlimited pours of cocktails and champagne. Looking to enjoy a meal while watching the race? Head to Level33 for a panoramic view of the track while digging into its exclusive F1 Dining Menu. As night falls, head to Mott 32 for tantalising concoctions inspired by the Grand Prix.

Level33

Head to Level33 come race weekend for a lavish meal with views of the track as your background. On the extensive F1 Dining Menu, savour plates like the Westholme Wagyu Porterhouse (S$38 for 100g), Free-Range Australian Pork Collar (S$44), Dry Aged King Island Sliders (S$29) and more. Pair the meal with the 2-Hour Free Flow Package (S$128) and wash these hearty plates down with freshly brewed craft beer, cocktails, house wines and more.

While you’re here, you won’t want to miss out on Level33’s latest brew, Beyond The Circuit. Crafted by eight independent local brewers, this jasmine-rice tropical lager is crisp and refreshing.

Town Restaurant

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore’s Town Restaurant is celebrating the Grand Prix season with lavish menus. Visit from October 4 for its Grand Prix Saturday International Lunch Buffet (S$88++). Here, find a spread featuring Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Town’s Signature Laksa, Thai-style Chicken Krapow and more. Save room for dessert and indulge in the Fullerton Chocolate Cake, Spiced Churros and Pumpkin Spice Tart. Along with the Saturday lunch buffet, the restaurant will also be serving an exclusive dinner menu (S$108++) from October 2 to 5, capped off with a grand Sunday brunch (S$198++) on October 5.

Lavo Italian Restaurant And Rooftop Bar

Newly reopened Lavo is celebrating race weekend with a lavish brunch. Exclusively available on October 4, the signature Party Brunch: Race Weekend Edition (S$328) buffet spread features artisanal pastas, wood-fired pizzas and more. Sushisamba is celebrating the F1 weekend with the lavish Race To Samba (from S$160) brunch. Enjoy hearty dishes that put the spotlight on bold and contemporary flavours. The Lobby Lounge

This F1 season, Conrad Singapore Marina Bay’s The Lobby Lounge introduces a new afternoon tea spread Alchemy of Chocolate — Papaya Edition (S$55). Available from now until October 12, this delectable spread is inspired by the McLaren F1 Team’s signature papaya orange. The experience begins with a Papaya Pitstop drink. Then, get to savour bite-sized gems such as Guanaja foie gras terrine, Parisian ham and gruyere sandwich, chocolate mille feuille and more.

Mott 32

Mott 32 has dreamed up three exclusive creations inspired by the Grand Prix. For something refreshing, the Crimson Pit (S$28) is a blend of NIP Catnip Tea Gin No. 2 Dahongpao, tomato juice, creme de cassis, yuzu sake and raspberry. Those who enjoy floral flavours, the Palace Breeze (S$28) blends Moutai Golden Prince with Malibu, yuzu sake, lime juice and osmanthus syrup. Ginger Grid (S$28) is a citrusy concoction, featuring NIP Rare Dry Gin, Aperol, orange juice, maraschino, pistachio and ginger syrup, and egg white. Available from now until October 12.
