KOTA KINABALU: The Kinabalu Foundation Fund donated RM21,000 in scholarships to assist 14 underprivileged students in Kian Kok Middle School, here, Friday.
Tan Sri Paul Lim Pau Chang, representing the Chairman of Kinabalu Foundation, handed over the sponsorships to students recommended by the school.
“Students who have completed the Senior 3 Unified Examination have the opportunity to study at universities both domestically and abroad, particularly with the rise of China, highlighting the urgent and increasing importance of Chinese language education,” he said.
