- Four people, including a baby girl, died after a car crashed into trees on the A38 in Derby on Saturday evening.
- Emergency services were called to the scene between the A50 Toyota Island and the A516 at approximately 11 pm.
- Two women aged 18 and 30, and a 36-year-old man, were declared dead at the scene, with the baby girl dying later in hospital.
- All four deceased were passengers in the red Hyundai car, which had left the carriageway and collided with trees.
- The 33-year-old male driver, who sustained serious injuries, has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
