At least four people were killed in an Israeli airstrike near the city of Nabatiyeh on Tuesday, despite a US-Iran agreement to end the war on all fronts that is set to be formally signed on Friday, the state-run National News Agency (NNA) reported
Some local media reported at least six deaths.
The NNA also reported Israeli attacks with warplanes and artillery in the contested area around Nabatiyeh on Wednesday morning.
The Israeli military said on Tuesday evening that it had struck targets belonging to the Iranian-backed Hezbollah militia in southern Lebanon.
Hezbollah also continued its attacks, according to reports. Al Jazeera reported that the militia fired at least 10 rockets at Israeli troops in Lebanon.
The Israeli military said on Tuesday evening that it had intercepted several Hezbollah rockets that had been aimed at areas where Israeli troops were operating.
Hezbollah had not claimed any of the new attacks at the time of reporting.
The Lebanon conflict is considered one of the biggest threats to the framework agreement in the Iran war.
Iran - Hezbollah's main backer - has said that new Israeli strikes on Lebanon and further occupation of territory would be regarded as a violation of the agreement.
Israel has said it does not intend to withdraw its ground forces from occupied territory in the neighbouring country for now, with the stated aim of protecting its own population in northern Israel from further attacks by the militia.
