
FOUR Malay women have won praises and admiration from netizens following their kindness to two stray puppies they rescued.
In a Facebook post by SPCA Seberang Perai, the shelter said the family drove all the way from Kuala Kangsar to send the puppies to them.
"Love brings us together, bound by compassion. Our heartfelt thanks to a family from the Malay community for rescuing two puppies and driving all the way from Kuala Kangsar to deliver them to our shelter.
"Their humble wish to remain out of the spotlight only strengthens our belief: protecting life is the purest form of kindness," wrote SPCA.
Reports in China Press said the women brought the puppies over on Nov 13.
"They felt sorry for the puppies and brought them here. Both puppies are in good health. This act of kindness is truly priceless," said SPCA.
The women have also sent other dogs to the shelter and made donations to help them.
