M'Baye Niang is in advanced talks with Genoa.
The striker is a free agent after securing a release from his contract at Adana Demirspor.
Niang is now a step away from signing for Genoa - his second spell with the Grifone. The striker had six months with Genoa in 2015, scoring 5 goals in 14 appearances.
He will move to Genoa in good form, having scored 8 goals and provided one assist in 16 appearances with Adana Demirspor.
Genoa are expected to make a final decision on the free agent in the coming days.
