KUDAT: A friendly football match between Sipitang’s PD Top Ten FT and Kudat’s Zero FC ended in an exciting 2-2 draw at the Kudat Sports Complex on Saturday.

Zero FC took an early lead in the first half, with Ateng scoring in just the 3rd minute. However, PD Top Ten FT fought back in the second half, equalising through Fendy in the 55th minute.

The visitors then surged ahead 2-1 after a stunning strike by Azwan Maharop in the 77th minute.

PD Top Ten FT’s manager cum player, Affendy Allyssandro, expressed gratitude to Zero FC for hosting the match and extended an invitation for a rematch in Sipitang.

“We look forward to welcoming Zero FC to Sipitang for a return match, which will surely excite local football fans,” he said.
