Frosinone coach Eusebio di Francesco admits he feels sorry for his predecessor Fabio Grosso.
Grosso was sacked by Lyon yesterday, having left Frosinone after guiding them to promotion last season.
Di Francesco said: "I don't like roller coasters in general, when I went I did it for the children. I feel very sorry for Fabio Grosso. Unfortunately we know that we are constantly under scrutiny.
"I don't know if (AC Milan coach Stefano) Pioli is in question, I know that in these situations the club can give you a strong hand.
"I was sacked after three games, even playing some good games in my opinion, you have to take it as a reason for growth."
