The luxury corporate world is getting ready for yet another major reshuffle. Bernard Arnault-led LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton announced Frédéric Arnault as the new CEO of the quiet luxury brand Loro Piana on 12 March 2025. Effective from June, this executive change marks a new chapter for the luxury Italian cashmere label vis-à-vis the LVMH group, as the next generation of Arnaults step up to rise to the top tier of affairs. As he takes on this new role, let us look at the net worth of Frédéric Arnault and how he spends his fortune.

With his impeccable career track record, this new designation is in line with previous high-profile roles held by Frédéric Arnault under LVMH. He was appointed CEO of Swiss watchmaker Tag Heuer in 2020 and became the CEO of LVMH watches in 2024, overseeing the likes of Zenith, Hublot and TAG Heuer. However, his exit from the watch segment and entry into luxury apparel comes as part of a broader executive overhaul at the French conglomerate. After a slump in LVMH’s sales in recent years, particularly affecting the company’s spirits, leather goods and jewellery segments, this young CEO could bring in his vision to propel the business further.

For the uninitiated, some of the most high-end heritage designer brands such as Christian Dior, Givenchy, Sephora, Louis Vuitton, Bulgari, Dior, Fendi, Tag Heuer and Marc Jacobs make up the LVMH empire. In 2021, the company expanded its portfolio by acquiring American jeweller Tiffany & Co. for a record USD 15.8 billion. Loro Piana has been under the LVMH banner since 2013.

With this move, Frédéric Arnault not only boosts his net worth but also joins his four other siblings in a senior leadership role at the family business.

According to Forbes’ real-time billionaires index, Bernard Arnault and family are valued at an estimated USD 168.6 billion as of 25 March 2025. They rank as the fifth wealthiest billionaires after Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg and Larry Ellison.

In January 2024, Forbes mentioned that the majority of the Arnault family fortune comes from the 47 per cent LVMH stakeholding. Bernard Arnault’s holding firm, Agache, is behind the venture capital firm Aglaé Ventures, which has invested in Netflix and TikTok’s parent company, ByteDance.

While it is difficult to estimate his salary and net worth, Frédéric Arnault’s designation, lifestyle and success at top management positions prove he is a burgeoning force in the luxury retail sector who is following in the footsteps of his father and siblings.

This is not the first time Frédéric Arnault has held such a coveted position within the LVMH framework. He brings in his experience from the watches department to propel the luxury apparel segment ahead as well.

With the new reshuffle, Damien Bertrand, who currently heads Loro Piana, will become deputy CEO of Louis Vuitton and will join the group’s executive committee in 2026. March shall be their transition period, and Arnault will take up his position in June 2025. He will report to his father’s former deputy and head of LVMH Italy, Toni Belloni.

It is important to note that the patriarch and LVMH Chairman Bernard Arnault has no plans of retiring anytime soon. These shuffles and changes in the company’s hierarchy simply prepare the next generation of billionaires to take over the reins in the future.

Loro Piana is quite an interesting and heavyweight brand in the LVMH empire. Fortune cited a Wall Street Journal report that estimates the company’s annual revenue at about USD 2.7 billion, making it the third-largest brand after Louis Vuitton and Dior.

This only goes on to explain that Frédéric Arnault is on his way to further amp up his net worth with the new role at LVMH.

Is Frédéric Arnault dating Lisa?

BLACKPINK Lisa has recently been on a career-high — from belting out hits at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show to taking over the VMA stage and even starring in the third season of The White Lotus, she has been ticking off all major boxes.

Additionally, there are rumours linking her with the LVMH scion. Frédéric Arnault sparked dating rumours with Lisa in 2022 when he attended the band’s concert in Los Angeles and posed with the girls.

Hawk-eyed fans were quick to notice that he started following Lisa after that. Interestingly, Lisa has appeared in several campaigns for LVMH brands and has been a Bulgari ambassador since 2020.

They have reportedly travelled together on several occasions. In late January 2024, Lisa and Arnault were seen together in Paris, Hawaii, Japan, and Miami, according to Elle. On 3 May 2024, the two posed together at the TAG Heuer Formula 1 Kith launch in Miami. Arnault even attended Lisa’s performance at the 2023 Coachella.

If these weren’t enough, Lisa debuted “Moonlit Floor (Kiss Me)” from her debut album, Alter Ego, at the 2024 Global Citizen Festival. It apparently alludes to Arnault with the lyrics — “Green-eyed French boy got me trippin’ / On that accent off your lips / How your tongue do all those tricks?”

Frédéric Arnault also made Valentine’s Day 2025 special for her by attending the Bangkok, Thailand, premiere of The White Lotus season 3.

However, neither of them has reacted to the rumours yet.
