Per The Sun, Bayern are ready to put in a bid of 51.5 million to secure Palhinha.
However, Fulham want a lot more money for the midfielder, given the transfer window is close to shutting.
The source adds that Fulham are valuing him at 68.7 million, which may put off Bayern.
The Germans are being pushed to sign Palhinha by manager Thomas Tuchel, who admires the Portuguese international.
