Fulham captain Tim Ream says they're happy Joao Palhinha is staying.
The midfielder saw a deadline day move to Bayern Munich fall through.
Ream said: "We are excited that he is staying. He was a big part of what we did last year and our start to this season.
"We will welcome him back into the squad and into the fold and look forward to him helping us to reach our goals this season."
Ream was speaking after Fulham's 5-1 defeat at Manchester City.
