Fulham defender Tim Ream believes they're evenly matched with Crystal Palace.
The Cottagers meet Palace later today.
"Both teams have had relatively good starts, quite happy to be in the positions that we're in," Ream told FFCtv.
Roy's obviously a very good manager, he's been around for a long time for a reason.
He came here at the end of last season and they played very well, kept things tight, and that's the way we expect the game to go."
