In addition, there is also interest in the 24-year-old from a number of rival Premier League clubs.
Fulham currently have Carlos Vinicius, 28, Ral Jimnez, 32, and Rodrigo Muniz, 22, as attacking options.
However, the absence of Serbia international (who left for Al-Hilal this summer) Aleksandar Mitrovi, 29, has weighed heavily.
Fulham are considering whether to go for Wind in the January window or wait until the summer.
