Fulham are in talks to sign former Tottenham striker Vinicius.
The Cottagers are close to sealing a £9.5million move for the Benfica star, says Record.
Vinicius joined PSV on a two-year loan from Benfica last summer and scored seven goals in 36 games for the Dutch side last season but will cut short that arrangement to move to Craven Cottage.
And if Fulham can complete the transfer before the end of the day the Brazilian will become their eighth signing of the summer.
Vinicius, 27, scored just one goal in nine Premier League games on loan at Spurs in 2020-21.
