Fulham midfielder Joao Palhinha admits he's unsure if he will eventually move to Bayern Munich.
Bayern chief Christophe Freund has confirmed they plan to try again for Palhinha after the deadline day collapse.
"Past and future... I don't know what will happen," said Palhinha. "It touched me and my family. But it's water under the bridge. I don't want to remember it. It's a source of pride, you know what happened.
"The future will tell if everything that happened was due to some reason. Nobody gave me anything. Everything I have achieved is for my worth.
"I'm 28 years old and I know I can reach higher. It is with this ambition that I face the future."
