The London Evening Standard says Fulham are offering Willian similar to his current 50,000-a-week terms.
The new offer includes a 12 month option.
Former Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder Willian has been approached about a move to Saudi Arabia and has European interest, but is settled in London.
