Romanian teenage sensation Andrei Borza could be heading to the Premier League.
The 17-year-old is presently playing for Farul Constanta, who won the Romanian SuperLiga title this term.
Per The Sun, Borza is seen as someone who can quickly rise to first team level.
Fulham have been watching the defender all season, and are now ready to make their move.
Borza, who is an Under-20 international, has a contract that expires in June 2026.
Fulham's only concern is that PSV Eindhoven are also interested in his signature.
