Jack Wilshere is paying for a physiotherapist to fly from Ireland to work with him twice a week in private sessions.
The West Ham United midfielder is determined to get his career on track after an injury-riddled stint at London Stadium.
Wilshere previously worked with physiotherapist Declan Lynch at Arsenal.
The Daily Mail says Lynch has been travelling to London to work with the 27-year-old.
Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini has no objection to the situation as long as Wilshere is fit.
