Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori has lifted the lid on the management of Frank Lampard.
Tomori also played for Lampard on-loan with Derby County.
He believes Lampard is having success because has bothered to keep tabs on Chelsea's youngsters, which has enabled him to build a strong level of trust with them - unlike managers who have gone before.
Tomori told The Sun: "It was difficult to have much personal contact with the previous managers.
"But now we have a manager who knows the youth-team players and understands what it takes to be here at Chelsea."
