Liverpool loanee Harry Wilson was delighted with his first Wales goal against Azerbaijan.
Wilson got a massive goal for his side as they won a tight Euro 2020 qualifier 2-0.
The result puts them on the brink of qualification.
Youngster Wilson, who is on loan at Bournemouth this season, was delighted with the strike and his overall performance.
"I think we all knew we needed to produce a performance and we did that," Wilson told Sky Sports.
"We wanted to start fast and I felt we did that. We passed the ball well.
"The big man (Kieffer Moore) got an early goal which settled us down and for me to get one not so long after that, just to give us that two-goal cushion was massive. I think we could've scored a few more in the second half."
Speaking about his goal, Wilson continued: "I think it was massive. Deej (Dan James), it was a great strike and he was unlucky not to score and the ricochet fell kindly for me and I couldn't miss."
