Liverpool forward Cody Gakpo is convinced by their attacking options going into the new season.
Gakpo was speaking after their preseason defeat to Bayern Munich.
He told liverpoolfc.com: We have a lot of options. We have a lot of games so we can choose which option we need for each game. I think we have great options [and] that is good for the season.
I think it was a good test. We showed really good moments and lesser good moments and we can really build on this game."
Gakpo struck the opener in the 4-3 defeat.
I think it [his goal] was a good start to the game: throw-in on the left-hand side, one-two with [Diogo] Jota, and a good finish I think."
