Former AC Milan goalkeeper Giovanni Galli has paid tribute to Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti.
Spalletti has Napoli top of the Serie A table and close to winning their round of 16 Champions League tie with Eintracht Frankfurt.
Galli told Il Mattino: "He's meticulous and doesn't want to show happiness because he's afraid something might happen.
"But he must be proud of that what he's doing. He's given Napoli a great organisation: they play as a team. It's true that he has important individual players, but everyone gets excited in the team.
"He always asks to always go forward and always be protagonists in the match. Napoli doesn't suffer the game: they play it."
