Garmin has just unveiled the latest CIRQA Smart Band, its first screen-free smart band that delivers advanced fitness and wellness tracking without requiring a subscription.
The new Garmin CIRQA Smart Band is designed to support a healthier lifestyle with up to 10 days of battery life and continuous health and fitness tracking, all accessible through the Garmin Connect app.
Its lightweight, screen-free design minimizes distractions, while the comfortable fabric band can be worn on the wrist or upper arm and is available in multiple colors, including Mauve, French Gray, Captain Blue, and Black, as well as two sizes: S/M and L/XL. The smart band can also automatically detect and learn from users’ activities, improving tracking accuracy over time.
For health monitoring, the CIRQA Smart Band tracks key metrics such as heart rate, Body Battery energy, Pulse Ox, stress, skin temperature, sleep, and respiration, while also supporting women’s health features, including menstrual cycle and pregnancy tracking.
Comprehensive sleep analysis provides sleep stages, sleep scores, HRV, nap detection, and recovery insights to help users better understand their overall wellbeing. The smart band also supports over 80 workout modes, advanced training metrics such as HRV Status, VO2 Max, and Training Status, as well as workout recovery guidance.
Additional features include Connected GPS for accurate outdoor activity tracking and LiveTrack location sharing, enabling users to monitor performance and share their location in real time.

The new Garmin CIRQA Smart Band will be available in the Malaysian market starting 21 August for RM899, with optional accessories starting at RM219.
