Argentina legend Hugo Gatti has declared Aston Villa goalkeeper Emi Martinez the most important player at the World Cup.
El Loco says Martinez was more important for Argentina in their World Cup winning campaign than captain Lionel Messi.
Gatti said on El Chiringuito: "We are saying who was the most important, not who is the best.
"Leo was not essential.
"Dibu was the definitive one, because when Argentina was on the precipice, he saved them."
He added: "Argentina was the best, but in a minute you lose that World Cup... It didn't happen, but it could have happened!"
