KOTA KINABALU: Luyang Community Development Leader Gee Tien Siong has criticized the Luyang Assemblyman for incompetence, citing poor policy decisions that have disrupted residents’ daily lives.
Gee highlighted the unilateral installation of flower beds in existing parking spaces, violating local government regulations. “This shows a complete disregard for regulations and the needs of the people,” he said in a statement.
He also pointed to issues at the RM30 million Foh Sang Parking Complex, which required fixes within 100 days of operation, raising concerns over the project’s planning and approval.
“The Assemblyman’s flawed decisions, lack of consultation, and mismanagement are causing chaos. If this continues, the entire constituency will suffer,” Gee warned.
