Korean singer-songwriter George will release his new EP Solsol Condo, alongside its pre-release single If I’m with You (feat. Minnie on Aug 20.
Featuring Minnie of I-dle, If I’m with You opens the five-track EP and introduces its central idea: that where you are matters less than who you are with.
The track pairs Minnie’s warm vocals with George’s understated style, setting the tone for an EP built around comfort, companionship and everyday moments shared with the people who matter.
Solsol Condo leans into unhurried rhythms, understated melodies and George’s minimalist songwriting. Across its five tracks, the EP moves through different settings and memories, from quiet reassurance and carefree afternoons to seaside days in Hawaii and reunions with old friends.
Solsol Condo, the EP
The EP’s focus track Bgf, continues its relaxed mood with a gentle reflection, while Hanaumabay, featuring Chawool, takes listeners to Hawaii with imagery of clear waters, coral reefs and slow afternoons by the coast.
Thathat, featuring Jinbo the SuperFreak, extends the carefree atmosphere, while Bakehouse, featuring Moyo, closes the EP with a song about the warmth and familiarity of reconnecting with old friends.
Although each track explores a different place or feeling, the EP returns to the same idea of finding happiness in shared experiences.
Rather than relying on elaborate production, George keeps the arrangements understated, allowing the songs’ melodies and lyrics to carry their stories.
With Solsol Condo, George presents a collection centred on slowing down, being present and appreciating the simple comfort of spending time with the people around you.
