Demetrious Johnson and Georges St-Pierre are central to MMA’s greatest-of-all-time debate.
Johnson dominated the UFC flyweight division with 11 consecutive title defences, while St-Pierre ruled welterweight before later winning the middleweight belt.
That made their latest YouTube training session more than a routine technique exchange, especially when the ‘Mighty Mouse’ broke down one of his most famous submissions.
Demetrious Johnson explains famous ‘Mighty Wizbar’ to Georges St-Pierre

In the latest video shared on Johnson’s YouTube channel, the two legends trained together and swapped details from their own games.
One standout moment showed Johnson teaching St-Pierre the “Mighty Wizbar”, the flying armbar he used to submit Ray Borg in October 2017.
That finish became one of Johnson’s signature moments, and armbars were already part of his peak identity.
He recorded four UFC armbar finishes, against John Moraga, Kyoji Horiguchi, Wilson Reis and Borg.
Johnson explained that sneaking his head into position helped bait the opponent into throwing an elbow.
That elbow reaction mattered because it opened the takedown and allowed Johnson to quickly isolate the arm for the submission.
Without that reaction, Johnson said the opponent could use the cage to lean and make the positional change far harder.
St-Pierre’s reaction showed how rare the movement still looks, even to another all-time great.
“That’s amazing. Wow, that’s insane, bro!” the former UFC two-weight champion stated.
Fans may see more of this duo together in the coming days, as they are building a series on YouTube to grow their channels.
