Former Napoli striker Bruno Giordano has paid a glowing tribute to Victor Osimhen.
Giordano says the only thing the Nigeria striker lacks is luck with injuries.
He told Il Corriere dello Sport: "He missed too many games, like a year ago or two years ago. This is his limit: not having an alliance with luck, because fate always turns its back on him. Regular injuries, which take away your continuity, which then push you to overdo it to recover the lost goals. I know the obsessions of the strikers.
"He's a 20 striker, or even 25 goals. And I'm keeping low for the moment.
"He plays for the team, he helps in the two phases, even on the inactive balls in his own area, he acts as a bank, he leans, he helps Napoli to climb, he unloads on his teammates. For a while, it seemed a crazy splinter. But he was a child, twenty-one years old, and he needed to know our football and our defences. (Luciano) Spalletti did the rest."
