Glass Animals confirms Kuala Lumpur concert in February 2025

As announced earlier by Malaysian live entertainments organiser GoLive Asia, the quartet will be taking the stage at Zepp Kuala Lumpur in Lalaport on 21st February 2025, after kick starting the tour by debuting in Tokyo. Malaysia will be the second of six stops for the band, with Singapore, Taipei, and Bangkok to follow, before Dave Bayley and gang bow out in Mumbai. This comes hot on the heels after the release of their l, I Love You So F***ing Much, their fourth official album release since 2020’s Dreamland.

Prices for tickets are as follows:

  • General Admission (standing zone): RM268
  • Category 1 (Reserved seating): RM308
  • Box seats (4 pax): RM1,488
  • Tour of Earth VIP Package: RM688

The VIP Package includes a standing ticket worth RM298, in addition to exclusive merchandise extras such as a specially designed tour shirt, a laminated lanyard. You will even get to enter into the performance venue ahead of the crowds, too.

Ticket sales will officially commence on 11th November 2024 at 11AM with the Mastercard Presale event, followed by the LiveNation Presale event happening on 13th November 2024 at 11.59PM. The general on-sale event will happen on 14th November 2024 from 11AM onwards.

Founded in the city of Oxford in 2010, Glass Animals first gained commercial momentum among indie rock fans with their debut album Zaba, which contained the lead single Gooey that rose to global prominence and was eventually certified platinum. This would be followed by two subsequent album releases, How To Be A Human Being and Dreamland, that were similarly lauded by critics. The latter was especially noteworthy for spawning Glass Animal’s most notable hit single to date, Heat Waves, after it gained viral prominence on TikTok. Accumulating three billion streams on Spotify, it would also spend a record-breaking 91 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, making it the longest charting song on the list’s history.
