GLOBE Telecom on Thursday showcased its 2026 network and service initiatives at its flagship quarterly media event, “The Blueprint by Globe,” emphasizing consistent, reliable and accessible connectivity for all Filipinos.

The event, held at The Globe Tower, highlighted Globe’s partnership with Starlink’s Direct-to-Cell satellite technology.

Following a live pilot, Globe and Starlink plan to expand testing to additional locations and operational scenarios.

Globe also celebrated its recognition by Ookla as the country’s most reliable mobile and broadband network, citing consistency scores that set industry benchmarks.

“This recognition affirms that Globe’s investments are delivering real benefits for our customers, reliable connectivity they can count on every day for work, learning and commerce,” said Roche Vandenberghe, Globe chief marketing officer.

“Consistency is more than a benchmark; it is the backbone of a digital economy where MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) thrive, families stay connected and communities build resilience. By delivering quality of experience at scale, Globe empowers lives and contributes to nation-building, making connectivity a driver of inclusive growth for the Philippines,” Vandenberghe added.

During the event, Globe Business presented initiatives aimed at enterprise customers, including a fully managed, enterprise-grade data streaming platform in partnership with Confluent and the Globe Omnichannel Cloud Contact Center with Call Center Studio, which provide artificial intelligence (AI)-powered customer engagement and real-time analytics.

Moreover, Globe At Home introduced its Built-in Broadband initiative, integrating fiber ports into new property developments, complemented by AI-driven tools and the company’s 24-hour Care Squad.

“With Globe Mobile and Globe At Home Advantage, customers enjoy seamless connectivity whether at home or on the go. Pairing GFiber Postpaid with Globe Mobile Postpaid unlocks up to P500 in monthly savings for a year, while Prepaid and TM subscribers gain exclusive promos and free gigabytes, making everyday connectivity simpler and more rewarding,” Globe said.

The event also marked the 25th anniversary of Globe’s TM brand, which offers affordable and reliable connectivity, anniversary deals and on-ground community activities.

Globe further expanded its premium portfolio with the Platinum GPlan and PAL Mabuhay Miles promotion, providing airline miles alongside connectivity benefits.

Globe Prepaid users contributed to GoGIVE, a corporate social responsibility program that converts digital “hearts” into support for advocacy and relief efforts.

Partner organizations include the Ayala Foundation, Rise Against Hunger Philippines, Pawssion Project and the Philippine Eagle Foundation.

“Connectivity today is a lifeline,” said Globe Chief Commercial Officer Daruis Delgado.

“We want to ensure every Filipino, whether in bustling cities or the most remote barangay, has access to reliable and consistent digital services. More than speed, we are building trust, inclusivity and resilience into the very fabric of our network. With ‘The Blueprint by Globe,’ the company continues to shape the foundation of a digital nation, one where connectivity fuels opportunity, resilience and sustainable growth for all,” he added.

Globe Telecom shares rose P15.00, or 0.89 percent, to close at P1,705.00 each on Thursday.
