Expect the coming months to be livelier in Penang as the state has reeled in not one, but FOUR new ferries.
According to PPSB CEO, Datuk Sasedharan Vasudevan, the ferry service is expected to be up and running next month.
He quipped: “We received the new ferries yesterday and for the next three weeks, we will be preparing them for public use, scheduled next month.”
The sea transportation, however, will be used to carry pedestrians and motorcycles/ bicycles only.
