After Samsung’s announcement that it will be launching their upcoming foldables on 22 July, it seems that Google is now following suite. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has now revealed that Google is inviting members of the media to their launch event, taking place in New York City on 12 August, 6PM (13 August, 6AM Malaysian time).
As spelled out in the invite, Google will be launching the next generation Pixel 11 lineup, likely encompassing the base model, the Pixel 11 Pro, the larger Pixel 11 Pro XL and the Pixel 11 Pro Fold. There’s a good chance that we’ll also be seeing the Pixel Watch 5, and perhaps even news on their upcoming Googlebook laptops.
Of course, we’ll have to wait till August to know more about what hardware Google is actually going to reveal, so stay tuned for more till then.
