Anthony Gordon feels he can play centrally for Newcastle United.
Gordon joined Newcastle in January as a winger from Everton.
Now with England ahead of the U21 Euros, Gordon admits Newcastle manager Eddie Howe can see him in a new position.
Gordon told reporters: "At Chelsea, it was the first time I'd been used as a number 8. But the manager does a lot in the week that makes me feel comfortable in the positions.
"It's a lot of tactical information that makes me feel comfortable. It was obviously a good decision because I scored."
